In 2025, I left the full-time corporate workforce, where I had built a successful and meaningful career in corporate sustainability/ESG that aligned with my values and inspired me for two decades. Over time, the purpose-driven industry that I helped spearhead grew and mainstreamed considerably.
As a woman approaching mid-life, my priorities evolved too. I knew it was time to flow in a new direction.
Reflecting on the many highlights of my career, I narrowed in on my superpower: my authentic and empowering leadership approach. It drove my success in building and leading high-performance teams and individuals and driving strong workplace culture. Energized by team leadership, I felt privileged to have meaningfully impacted colleagues across the world.
I identified my new purpose as coaching individuals and workplaces, with a niche in purpose and wellness.
After eight months of training with Erickson International, I became an accredited coach. I am honoured to be coaching and mentoring clients through important career and life transitions, including peers from my broad network of sustainability and impact professionals.
My other key area of focus is women's wellness in and outside the workplace. Alongside coaching, I have co-founded Meno Yogis, leading workshops and events on yoga in the menopause transition to educate and empower women during a transformational time.

What differentiates Heather from all other coaches is her ability to seamlessly integrate personal wellbeing as part of overall career coaching. My coaching sessions with Heather helped me think through my priorities, dig into my core values and turn my thoughts into realistic goals and action points.
Throughout our sessions, Heather was always practical and honest. I found the coaching tools that she uses to be very impactful - in particular, I loved the pre-session questionnaire that she uses. The biggest advantage was having a coach and a mentor who shares the same values, has worked in the same sector and understands the opportunities.
I would most definitely recommend Heather’s coaching and mentoring if you are in the midst of a career transition or are looking for personal growth in your next big role.

I reported directly to Heather from 2020 to 2022 at Sustainalytics, during one of the most demanding growth periods the sustainable finance market has seen. Scaling a team while maintaining the ethical and quality standards our work required was genuinely hard, but Heather made it possible.
What stood out most to me was her ability to hold both high ambition and deep humanity. She built a culture across the department where people felt genuinely seen and valued, without ever letting that warmth become an excuse for lower standards. If anything, people worked harder because they trusted her and believed in what we were building together.
Heather has a rare gift for seeing potential in people before they can see it in themselves. She saw it in me, and it's shaped how I think about leadership to this day. She also brings a strong people lens to decision-making, something I watched her uphold consistently even when the stakes were high.
Any team or individual would be fortunate to have her in their corner to inspire and reach new heights!

Heather came into my career at a moment where I was trying to make a pretty big shift, same industry, completely different segment, and honestly I wasn’t 100% sure I was ready for it.
She believed in me anyway.
That stuck with me.
What made Heather different wasn’t just how she managed the work, it was how she treated people. She really gets the human side of leadership. The way she communicates, supports, and builds trust is something I still think about and try to apply myself.
A lot of what I know today about being a good manager didn’t come from a course or a book, it came from working with her.
I’m genuinely grateful for that, and for the role she played in my growth!

Heather is a natural leader who understands how to inspire and motivate a team. She steered me through my own management and leadership journey by helping me to explore my own strengths and challenges.
I learned how to be authentic and achieve my own goals, even while implementing someone else's vision. And how to build a motivated and loyal team by identifying individual strengths and embracing diversity. How to promote my own career growth while actively seeking the right paths for team members.
And last but not least, the importance of being a manger or leader that invites open dialogue within and across teams - to actively remove barriers, build trust, and support individual growth.
I am forever grateful to Heather for the support, inspiration and mentorship!
